Lease for forty years from the date hereof by Simon Worth of the county Devon, esquire, to John Kerow of a 'mease' in Dreneke Vean (Cornwall) which James Toundry formerly held, 'toll tynne' excepted, yielding and paying 30s. yearly within the hundred of Penwyth (Cornwall) and a heriot, when it shall happen; with covenants for repairs and distress. Given at Dreneke Vean on 2 October, 28 Henry VIII.
